What the package is
New vanity and basin mixer, a new shower unit with slide shower and mixer, the old fixtures removed and disposed of, everything supplied, installed, plumbed and commissioned in the existing positions, for a fixed price we confirm in writing after a quick visit.
It suits a rental between tenants, a first home that needs a lift, or a bathroom that just needs to look and work like new without moving walls.
What it is not
It is not a full renovation. Flooring, tiling, painting, electrical work, structural changes and moving fixtures are not included, and if you want those, our bathroom renovation page is the right place to start.
We are upfront about the line so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How it runs
We visit, confirm the existing positions suit the package, and confirm the price in writing. Fixtures are ordered, and the install is usually done in a day or two with the bathroom back in use straight after. Our plumbers are licensed and the work is signed off by the person who did it.

Yes, from a range that fits the package price. If you want something outside the range we price the difference so you can decide.
Can you add a new toilet?
Yes, as an add-on. We price it alongside the package.
How long does it take?
Usually a day or two on site once the fixtures have arrived, and the bathroom is back in use as soon as we finish.
