Common questions
Do you do plumbing maintenance as well as repairs?
Yes. We are a local plumber for North Shore homes and rentals: residential plumbing maintenance, checks on hot water cylinders, tapware and toilets, and the repairs that come out of them. One licensed plumber, the price agreed before we start.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
The call-out is $50 and it covers coming out to look at the job. Accept the quote and that $50 comes off the price of the work. You get the price before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Who actually turns up?
A certified tradesman. Our plumbers are licensed, so the plumbing work is done and signed off by the same person. No apprentices running the job.

We are based in Birkenhead and service all of Auckland. The North Shore is closest to us, and we are happy to travel across the city, so get in touch wherever you are.
