Initial visit and assessment
We visit, assess the space and talk through your ideas and budget.

A written quote setting out the proposed work and what is included, with design and 3D renders added if you want them.

Design and 3D renders (optional)
If you have asked for them, we work through the layout and renders with you once the quote is accepted, before work starts.

Build
We carry out the agreed renovation: our own plumbers on the tools, one project manager, dates agreed up front.

Common questions
Do you do the design as well?
Yes, if you want it. Design and 3D renders are optional: our in-house designer takes your ideas, a Pinterest board or a few photos, and turns them into a layout and 3D renders. If you would like them, we include them in your quote and do them once it is accepted.
Can I stay in the house during the renovation?
Usually. We plan the sequence so you are without a bathroom or kitchen for as short a stretch as the job allows, and we tell you the dates up front.
Who does the plumbing and gas on the job?
We do. Our plumbers are licensed, so the plumbing is done and signed off by the same certified tradesman, and gas work is certified by our own licensed gasfitter.
