Every job is carried out under the standard terms and conditions of trade of Hoskin Williams Group Limited. A copy is supplied with your quote, and you can request one at any time from [email protected] or by calling 027 687 3363.

In short: the price is agreed in writing before work starts, any change to the scope is priced and approved before we continue, the $50 assessment fee is credited back against accepted work, and all plumbing, gas and drainage work is carried out and certified by the appropriately licensed tradesperson.
