Coverage questions
I'm not on the North Shore. Will you still come?
Yes. The North Shore is closest to our base, but we work right across Auckland and travel is never a reason we say no. Tell us your suburb and what is wrong, and we give you a time and a price.
Is there a travel charge for jobs further away?
The call-out is the same $50 wherever you are in Auckland, and it comes off the price of the job when you accept the quote. Any job-specific costs are in the written price before we start, never a surprise on the invoice.
Do you do renovations outside the North Shore?
Yes. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations run the same way anywhere in Auckland: a design visit, layout and 3D renders, a written price, then our own plumbers and gasfitters on the build.
