Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, a $50 call-out. Tell us what's wrong and we talk you through the visit before anything is booked. You get the price before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Who actually turns up?
A certified tradesman. Our plumbers are licensed, so the plumbing work is done and signed off by the same person. No apprentices running the job.
